Candidates are required to have a strong BSc and/or MSc in a relevant discipline, exceptional communication skills and ideally experience working in an UK based Office and Sales environment liaising with the public via the telephone and hitting and/or exceeding Sales targets. It is essential for candidates to have an ambitious attitude and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience in working for a Recruitment Consultancy reaching and exceeding sales targets. This exciting Trainee position will offer candidates the chance to join a friendly team of specialist Recruitment Consultants based in Swansea. Full training will be provided by the team in order for candidates to specialise in the Recruitment of Civil and Environmental Engineering Candidates for Engineering and Environmental Consultancies across the UK. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will also be required to complete the following; -Develop relationships with both Clients and Candidates in the Industry. -Liaise with Clients to discuss job vacancies available with Civil and Environmental Engineering Consultancies. -Search and liaise with suitable Candidates to discuss their experience, requirements and positions available. -Send suitable C.Vs to Clients and arrange interviews for suitable candidates. -Deliver Offers and fill vacancies ensuring Client requirements are met. -Hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
