What you be learning in the training programme First 12 weeks you will be working to develop and adapt to recruiter lofe Progressing through weekly training modules that cover topic ever from writing adverts to making your first client call! Each module supported by guides, videos, podcasts and sat down meetings You will be learning how to nurture further and develop client relationships the recruiter way Figuring how to engage and attract great candidates, How to arrange interviews or contract bookings, Understanding how to negotiate terms, How to manage your time Everything you need to know about your market Putting everything you have learned straight into practice through weekly activities linked to your modules What you will be doing after the training programme : Speaking to clients daily to figure out what roles they currently have and how you could best help them to find great candidates Creating content to share across a mix of platforms including social media to attract candidates Writing and posting job adverts across a range of job boards to attract the best candidates to fill your roles Frequently searching on the existing database for suitable candidates Screening candidates via face to face and on the phone interviews Headhunting candidates through channels such as LinkedIn Actively developing your knowledge regarding the sectors you work in and the recruitment process Ideally, you need to be an Estate Agent or have a degree with some experience in a sales or B2B role, but most importantly, you should be able to demonstrate the following qualities: You’re passionate You are confident and a strong communicator who possess interpersonal skills You have a positive mindset. In recruitment, you will experience a lot of rejection and disappointment on the road to success You’re excited to seek to understand the industry in depth through training, events, networking and trade press.
