We are currently looking for a enthusiastic individual to join our growing team at our Oldham office, maintaining relations between candidates and clients nationwide, & providing support to internal departments and branches. Applicants must possess the following skills: • Can gain people’s confidence and put them at ease • Be persuasive, persistent and patient • Can cope with pressure and targets • Be flexible and adaptable • Have a mature personality and maintain professionalism at all times • Have good organisational and administrative skills • Have good IT skills • A competitive nature • Confidence within a target driven environment • Excellent communication skills • Creativity and use of initiative General daily responsibilities: • Interviewing candidate’s across the UK for various positions • Managing workload, and working in a team to meet department targets • Liaising with the Bookings department, HR Team and Sales • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment; • Advertising, Marketing & other creative media • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, or business leads generated; • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment techniques. All necessary training will be provided, all we require is a candidate who is eager to learn, work hard and grow with the company
