Basic Salary £18,000 (£30,000 - £35,000 OTE)

We are looking for a talented and tenacious individual to join our team of Social Care Recruitment Consultants. Based on the outskirts of East Leeds, here at turro we specialise in placing the best Managers and senior level leaders to some of the largest Health and Social Care providers across the UK.

Our most recent consultant has just finished his first year here at turro and has earned a total of £31,000 and is on track to comfortably exceed this figure by the end of Year 2.
The current Recruitment Manager and one of the Directors here at turro started out in the business as Trainee Recruitment Consultants themselves. With progression pathways open to those who are hungry for it, we will support our people to achieve as much as they can. With uncapped commission, the sky really is the limit.

The role will involve a variety of responsibilities; from using a range of techniques to recruit the hard to find candidates and contributing to the growth of the company by increasing sales and new business opportunities. You will be applying your new-found knowledge to sell intelligently, on the phone and face-to-face, to the major players in the social care market across the UK.
Previous experience within a sales environment would be beneficial but not essential. We do however look for candidates who can demonstrate previous success, either professionally or academically.
