The role of a trainee recruitment consultant will have you developing business with new and existing clients to gain jobs to fill with candidates who you are networking with. You will become an expert within the field of Trades & Labour recruitment, so that you can be consultative when you are selling the recruitment solution and knowledgeable when interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates.
