Salary Package: Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential, 1st year OTE £35k, 2nd year OTE £55k+ • Exciting incentives (Lunch clubs / holidays- Vegas, Marbella, Skiing etc.) • Unlimited holidays - you are given the autonomy to be responsible with this! • Meritocratic promotions • Building a successful career with the prospect of becoming a Director in 5 year You are able to earn this commission from Day 1 and even while you are in training Role and Responsibilities: You will be speaking to both candidates and clients- building and maintaining relationships (remember this is a SALES role, so you must sell yourself to the client for them to continue working with you, and sell your candidate to the client, sell the client to the candidate etc.) We have an extensive training and development program, teaching you everything you need to know to become an excellent recruiter-n from sourcing candidates, to negotiating with clients You will be advertising vacancies, headhunting candidates and matching them to vacancies You will have the opportunity to build your own pool of clients through networking, cold calling, using the company’s database, going on client meetings to forge long lasting relationships Requirements: - Organised - Assertive - Confident - Competitive - Money motivated - Resilient - Graduate degree is a bonus but not essential Our Benefits: As a trainee recruitment consultant, you have the opportunity to progress quickly and experience our highly attractive incentive scheme, which includes: • One of the best uncapped commission structures in the industry • 3 annual 5* holidays when you hit target, including skiing, Vegas, Marbella, Ibiza, Dubai • Company away days Inc.
