Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking to recruit an trainee recruitment consultant with exceptional drive, passion and tenacity and have a hard work ethic to join our central London office. Ideally you will have sales experience within an office environment but this is not essential. You will be ambitious, sales focused, and have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build great working relationships with both clients and candidates The successful candidates will take responsibility for their own candidates and look to learn as quickly as possible to gain recruitment consultant status. As a business, we were established 10 years ago and have since grown from strength to strength. Starting off with just one consultant and one business sector We have since grown covering multiple sectors with a team of trained Consultants specialising in their own industry sectors. The Role • Candidate Generation by continually resourcing suitable candidates to maintain a healthy pipeline • Work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of operation. • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with candidates • Show leadership conduct and assist the team manager • Company other consultants to offsite meetings to build relationships with trusts and organisations. • Ensuring that CRM is up-to-date, accurate and records reflect procedures outlined in manuals and policies. • Always aim to over achieve on all targets quarter on quarter Applicants Must Have: • Sales within an office enviroment • Passion and tenacity • Ability to work towards targets • Experience dealing with decision makers • Driven, focused, hungry and motivated • High level of professionalism Benefits We Offer: • Birthday Leave • Sports & Social events • City Office location • Company Pension • Exceptional commission structure • Tailored training and mentoring • Clear and concise career plan • PlayStation, Wii games area
