Clearfield Recruitment are a £10m turnover Construction Recruitment business that operates nationwide via offices in Ipswich and Leeds. Our Leeds office currently has a wealth of experience via our five consultants and divisional manager, but now looking to hire a Resourcer/TRAINEE CONSULTANT to work alongside one of our Senior Consultants within permanents placement team. The purpose of this role is for the ideal candidate to learn all aspects of recruitment and to develop into the role of Recruitment Consultant through research and telephone sales activity; building relationships with candidates and clients to gain vacancies and place candidates. Skills required for this role include; • Confident personailty • Sales skills; minimum 2 years telesales (outbound) / customer service experience • Good communication skills • Organised and able to multi-task • Happy to work to targets • Well presented, professional mannor • Ability to create lasting relationships • Self-motivated Main Responsabilties within this role include; • To gain full knowledge of all job roles within the chosen sector • To carry out research on all clients within the specified industry and geographical area • Sales calls to clients to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs • Using the internal database to identify clients to call and ensuring all information held on the database is accurate and up to date • To follow up on all activity – diarising call backs • Updating the database with accurate company information, new vacancies and candidates’ details • Attract suitable candidates by advertising jobs, searching for candidates on online job boards, networking and use of social media • Attending client visits with Senior Consultant • Pro-actively sell out candidates to clients • Carry out thorough interviews of potential candidates • Prepare CV’s and candidate profiles to forward to clients • Brief candidates fully on the job role and prepare them for interview • Arrange client interviews, provide feedback and co-ordinate job offers • Ensure all activity is entered onto internal database (Bond Adapt) Ideally candidates would have an knowledge of the following industries, but not essential; • HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Cooling, and Refrigeration) • Engineering • Construction • M&E (Mechanicial & Electrical)
