The Job: The individual’s primary responsibility will be to deliver an effective and efficient Talent Acquisition service to the teams of Williams Lea Tag, by being the first point of contact for recruitment needs and issues both internally and externally and ensuring that the recruitment process for the business is followed. The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, assessing, short-listing and providing Williams Lea Tag with suitable candidates for permanent and temporary opportunities. Using technology-based recruitment and selection tools to assess candidates, this includes using a selection of competency and behavioural interviews, ability testing and assessment centre exercises. Working closely with managers and the wider HR team, it will be the responsibility of the recruiter to ensure the right job specification is created and agree, facilitate and implement the recruitment process adhering to all current employment legislation. This role offers the opportunity to recruit within a variety of business areas at all levels. The Fit: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a focused, meticulous and highly organised individual with the capability to work on multiple activities at once. You must be customer orientated with strong, clear communication skills, both verbal and written. We are looking for someone with experience in a recruitment role within the creative/digital industry. You must have experience of sourcing candidates from a variety of sources including head hunting. The individual successful in the role will need experience of working with bespoke recruitment databases and have advanced web searching skills, including being familiar with recruitment websites and social media. You must be financially aware and proficient with good working knowledge of UK employment legislation. This will be a dynamic, results driven environment so you must be comfortable with this. Experience of working in a customer facing environment is essential, and experience of working within an in-house professional recruitment office is desirable.
