European Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant – 12 month contract – West London based with home working options – £400 to £500 per day – opportunities starting in October 2018 The Opportunity: This is a first-class opportunity to get involved with a fantastic global business and the perfect platform to showcase and develop your skills as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will perform the role of Client Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices across all the main channels to market (Research, Networking, Job Boards, Social Media, etc.). This opportunity can be based in either Central London or Uxbridge with the ability to work from home 2 days per week on average. Skills and Experience: * A highly experienced direct-sourcing led recruiter is required with a deep understanding of the recruitment industry across multiple functional areas (HR, IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing, etc.) * Candidates will be experienced in partnering with senior level stakeholders and managing the full end-to- end recruitment process * A proven track record in a corporate and internationally-flavoured environment * Experience of in-house HRIS (Taleo, Workday, etc.) or similar ATS systems would be very beneficial * Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company is required – you must have the capability and experience to work across different European regions * BA or Master’s degree qualified (or equivalent qualifications in HR/Recruitment) Role and Responsibilities: Establishing and building strong relationships with key hiring managers at all levels within your assigned business units across our client’s EMEA business, assuming full ownership and accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be consulting and offering guidance to hiring managers on the Global Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and on-boarding experience: advising on sourcing strategies; sourcing candidates directly and through an Agency PSL; advising candidates and coaching hiring managers through the recruitment process; and providing feedback to candidates and where necessary, making offers and working with HRBP’s for on-boarding purposes. You will become a trusted business partner to key stakeholders and you will also be working closely with a variety of stakeholders to provide status updates on recruitment activity and partner strategically with the various business units on workforce planning, maintaining data reports and providing performance metrics on a regular basis for analysis and interpretation.
