JOB TITLE: Student Support Recruitment Worker Location: HMP Bullingdon Salary: £9 per hour Temporary full-time opportunity. Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced Student Support Recruitment Worker. Milton Keynes College works in partnership with HMP Bullingdon, we have an all-purpose built education department based in the prison and offer a selection of vocational and academic courses to our learners. We currently have a vacancy for a full time Student Support Recruitment Worker to work within the administration team and help recruit learners onto the courses offered by the College. We are keen to hear from hardworking candidates that have the ability to work on their own initiative. Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria: • Proficient in presenting to groups and display excellent negotiation skills. • Confident in branding and promoting education to help increase course attraction. • Good communication skills both written and verbal. • Commitment to students and students’ success. • Able to motivate self and others. • Have thinking ability: able to plan, communicate and problem solve effectively. • Good organisational skills.
