Basic salary range: £18,000-£20,000 + Bonus = £24,000-£26,000 year 1
Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 flexible
Location: Sandiacre (Junction 25 – near the M1 roundabout)

The process of your role in a nutshell:
Year 1 – training and development – learning the industry by supporting a thriving Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment business.
Year 2 - Generate a customer base, Service the customer – (recruit for them) Repeat…and earn commission. Supported by management
With support and training, you will be tasked to further develop one of the existing successful desks. This will eventually lead to you building your own desk for the desired and capable candidate.
Essentially, we like to think of this as your own business within a business with the added benefit of being employed by a large group that can offer stability and support with your mission.
Do not worry you will not be thrown in at the deep end and left alone. We offer daily support and training, as you will be buddied up with Senior Members of the Engineering Division that will help and aid you from day one to eventually become a standalone 360 recruitment consultant with your own thriving desk in year 2.
When we say your own desk, what do we mean?
You will help further grow and develop existing business, with existing sizable accounts and account manage these and your own customer base, building a customer base that generates into repeat business.
Your target market:
You will be recruiting within the Engineering and Manufacturing markets aiding businesses by offering them support with their recruitment.
The end goal:
You will have built a strong customer base that generates repeat business. Your customer base grows year on year, which in turn untimely means more money/commission in your back pocket!

You will need to be confident, driven, and professional, have a technical/engineering/manufacturing interest.
You will be organised, methodical and a people person who wants to deliver an excellent service to what will be your clients/customer base.
You will enjoy face-to-face business/sales and meetings in this varied role where no two days are the same.
You will have excellent uncapped earning potential; the freedom to drive your own desk forward supported my senior members of the Engineering division.
