Sales Consultant – IT Recruitment – Bristol – £30,000-£45,000 + Commission & Benefits Real Time Consultants are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to join a successful, rapidly growing IT recruitment consultancy. If you are looking for a mature non-KPI driven environment where having a good work life balance is (almost) as important as creating a successful environment then we could be the company for you. As a Sales Consultant you will be tasked with identifying and securing new clients within our target markets, you will then account manage these clients however, you will NOT have to do any of the candidate / resourcing work as we have a dedicated Delivery team. In return, you`ll receive a highly competitive salary, uncapped commission scheme and a 15:00 finish on Friday`s. The Role 2 years ago Real Time Consultants transitioned from your traditional 360 model to a 180 Sales and Delivery model, which has been incredibly successful. 2017 saw a 150% revenue increase with a similar increase projected for this year. As a Sales Consultant, you`ll focus on the business development side of the recruitment process and will continue to build upon our huge success in a collaborative working environment. Gone are the days of having KPIs forced upon you on a daily basis – you are free to choose a market area to make your own and you`ll have the autonomy to decide how you wish to build and develop this. At Real Time Consultants we feel that this approach allows consultants to work to their strengths and technical specialities and bounce off other team members in order to reach realistic individual and group goals. Using a vast array of recruitment tools and platforms, the Sales Consultant will identify and develop new business relationships and opportunities through canvass calls, leads chasing, networking events, expos and database searching, maintain a high level of customer service throughout. Once an opportunity had been ascertained, it will be relayed across to our dedicated Delivery Team. Our Delivery Team are all specialists in their field with an average of 7 years in IT recruitment, and they will provide you with a constant stream of contract and permanent candidates for your active roles. Each Delivery Consultant specialises on a particular vertical meaning (you don`t have to be) they are true specialists generating amazing passive candidates. About You As the Sales Consultant, it goes without saying you that you`ll be a proven biller with a strong track record in new business. Ideally you will come from a SME background and will have built a successful desk from scratch – we are very successful within our current verticals but want to open up new markets as well! Your strengths will lie on the business development, rather than candidate side of recruitment and building relationships will come naturally to you. You`ll have excellent communication and influencing skills, and will thrive in a collaborative recruitment environment, but will also have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
