Resourcer / Account Coordinator (recruitment) - Derby Based on Darley Abbey, Derby £18,000 to £20,000 + Bonus Due to a massive client win we are looking for a Talent Resourcer for the Property Team. The role will be a fixed term contract initially, however, could go permanent dependant on the project. Recruitment experience not necessary, this role is a high volume telephone based role and your success is about your attitude, willingness to learn, ambition to succeed and getting the job done without distraction. If you are a recent graduate with previous sales experience, a sales support coordinator or account manager from the services based industry, estate agent, travel agency or lettings agency who is looking for a change in career they we want to hear from you. You would work with an experienced Lead Consultant and assist with client communication and candidates throughout the UK. Role outline: To service multiple and concurrent job requirements within a strict SLA's Be the go to person for all candidate interaction Guiding a candidate through the recruitment and selection process including systems work with the Applicant tracking system and CRM Source suitable candidates for roles through a variety of methods including existing talent pools, CV searching, networking, referrals, job board advertising, website applications and social media. Conduct in-depth telephone screenings to evaluate candidate competency, motivation and personality fit for each vacancy Liaise with recruiting managers and candidates by email/ telephone to arrange interviews and follow through till vacancy closure Achieve agreed KPI's as set out by the Team Lead Ensure recruitment systems are updated with relevant information to produce reports for management on recruitment time lines & quality Able to up and cross sell to candidates and generate client leads Skills / Experience: Experience in working in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record & achieving KPIs Good organisational and administrative skills Ability to prioritise Good IT skills Ability to work to deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Take responsibility and ownership of tasks to ensure completion on time What can you expect in return? * Starting salary of £18,000 to £20,000 + attractive bonus scheme * Excellent benefits, pension, generous holidays, Friday early finishes & beers, team incentives to name a few * Amazing office and working environment including pool table & darts board If this sounds like the opportunity for you, send your CV for consideration.
