Job Description

Due to our continued growth and winning additional Levy accounts we are looking for Recruitment Trainers based Nationally. As a Trainer in Recruitment you will be responsible for delivering full Apprenticeship Standards to key Levy accounts. If you have vast experience in Recruitment and come from a training background with a passion for delivering and sharing your knowledge and experiences with keen new learners, then please keep on reading. Key responsibilities Deliver innovative, engaging and motivating training to engage both individuals and groups of learners and support them through their Apprenticeship programme ensuring that it meets employer needs. To design and deliver engaging lessons that provide differentiation, meet the needs of all learners in the groups, achieve good learning outcomes and are of Grade 2 quality Tailor the delivery of the training to meet the needs of the employer and group receiving the training. To conduct regular and timely reviews with learners as per the standard operating model, reviewing progress and setting SMART targets accordingly, and providing additional learner support as required. To provide learners with an engaging induction on to programme. To be responsible for learner attendance, carrying out all internal processes and ensuring targets are achieved Utilise learner one file to record and reference learner evidence to agreed standards To undertake a thorough initial assessment with learners and agree an individual learning plan that meets their needs, is SMART and progresses them to their goals. To ensure that quality standards are consistently applied in accordance with Awarding Organisations, Common Inspection framework and National Occupational Standards for Learning and Development. Ensure learners complete successfully meeting both Overall and Timely success rate expectations. Provide constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis throughout the apprenticeship programme, both written and verbally. Build and develop effective working relationships with employers. Take responsibility for your own Continued Professional Development to ensure you retain currency of industry skills and stay up to date with key changes within your area of delivery. Complete and maintain all necessary learner documentation within the agreed SLA. To promote Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent and Health and Safety to learners at all times. Have input into the design of the curriculum. Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of Babington Business College. Confidentiality The post holder must maintain the confidentiality of information about clients, staff and other Babington Group stakeholders. Some work is of a confidential nature and information gained must not be communicated to other persons except in the recognised course of duty. The post holder must meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act at all times. Health & Safety Employees must comply with the provisions of the ‘The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974’ and must take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions whilst at work.
