Based in Wakefield, we are a specialist market leading recruitment organisation working within the niche Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry across the UK. Due to year on year growth, we are currently looking to further expand our recruitment team and have on offer a very exciting opportunity to join our business as a Recruitment Support Consultant. This opportunity will be working alongside an experienced team of Recruitment Consultants. We are seeking high calibre applicants who are looking for the prospect of developing a sustained career within our business. Key role and responsibilities for the Recruitment Support Consultant: • Calling candidates within a defined timescale regarding new opportunities under the direction of the Recruitment team. • Informing and promoting relevant vacancies to candidates. • Booking in candidates for interviews, as requested. • The Recruitment Support Consultant will accurately keeping the internal database up to date with new information as required. • Working with candidates to improve CV quality, as directed by the Recruitment team. • To action bi-weekly updates to candidates on vacancy status. Minimum requirements for the Recruitment Support Consultant: • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation ability. • Proven background in a target based environment.
