Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Sales Executive to join our team. The Recruitment Sales Executive is targeted on bringing in new business, which results in new vacancies becoming available for our consultants to work on. The role will involve all aspects of Business Development and Account Management and can either be home or office based at our headquarters in Shrewsbury. What you will actually do: * Identifying key target clients to introduce our business to * Make introduction calls / approaches to relevant heads of department / senior management / HR divisions with the aim of booking in meetings * Driving new business revenue opportunities – bringing in fillable vacancies * Cold calling decision makers at all levels from Managers to Human Resources & Directors * Meeting with potential clients alongside the Operations Manager for business opportunities * Negotiating PSL agreements * Meeting your personal target What you will need: * The role would suit either an existing Business Development Manager or an Account Manager or a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys developing new business and is looking to focus on a client remit. * Strong knowledge of Retail, Hospitality or Leisure * Outgoing personality * Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written * A positive attitude and the ability to shrug off rejection * Desire and resilience to obtain leads via cold calling * An ability to work under pressure and think on your feet * Excellent planning skills and a strong skill level of LinkedIn The Package: * Basic Salary in the range £24,000-£28,000 dependent on experience. * Excellent uncapped commission scheme which will provide you with up to 25% commission on the revenues from placements into the accounts you have won. * Flexible benefits package including Staff Pension, Birthday Off, Dress Down Fridays, Home Working Days, Early Finish Days, Monthly Sales Competitions, Christmas Party, Company Phone and Laptop to name just a few!
