The Care Hub is looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our Headingley Office. The Care Hub specialise in providing recruitment software, recruitment health checks and recruitment outsourcing. We are NOT a recruitment agency, but we are looking to hire someone who has recruitment agency experience. This is not a sales role, this role requires you to be able to be an account manager to our client – i.e. teach them how to recruit more effectively. We are a company who focus on providing a quality service for our clients, building long term, lasting relationships that generate repeat business. This is an opportunity for someone to work in a fun and friendly environment at our newly refurbished offices in the centre of Headingley. We are looking for a driven, professional individual with a passion to succeed and someone who wants to help care providers move away from using expensive staffing agencies and take control of their own recruitment. Overview Temporary or Permanent position – We’re flexible. £16,000 - 18,000 annual salary bonus Flexible working hours between 9am – 5.30pm (we can work around childcare arrangements, so these hours aren’t set in stone) – You may prefer: 10am-2:30pm (ideal if you want to do school drop-off & pick-up) Opportunity to work within a busy team with plenty of opportunity for progression as we grow. This would ideally suit someone who has some kind of recruitment experience who wants to work but can’t commit to full time employment and doesn’t want to be in the cut throat world of working in an actual agency. Duties will include but are not limited to: Helping clients to write better and more compelling adverts Answer phone calls Arrange interviews for customers Teach clients how to use our ATS and Candidate Management Software Call candidates about job opportunities Gain market intelligence Update vacancies Experience & requirements Ideally you will have worked in recruitment before Must be IT literate with Microsoft packages Able to work 3-5 days a week (part time) To find out more about what we do and who we are, please visit our website at: If you think you’re the right person for the role then we’d love to hear from you.
