Recruitment Resourcer (3 roles available) required for a successful, established and rapidly growing independent specialist agency based in Bournemouth town centre. No recruitment experience is required (we actually prefer if you have none!!) as full initial and ongoing training / support provided by an experienced team,.....sales experience is a must along with the ability to build rapport over the phone. My client recruits nationwide so you must enjoy and be comfortable talking to people over the phone for the majority of your day. Genuine opportunity to utilise your sales skills within a new role where you will have the opportunity to earn serious commission (monthly and quarterly) on top of a solid starting basic of £18,000 - £22,000 Realistic OTE £25K-£28K in year 1 My client is growing at a rapid rate so excellent career opportunities available with the potential to move into a Recruitment Consultant role within your first 3-6 months which will mean a higher basic and increased bonus payouts.....they have consultants earning £50k + Hours are Monday to Friday 8am- 5.30pm Benefits include: 24 days hols, bday off, modern working environment, regular in-house incentives, social events and you get to work with a friendly, positive bunch of people.
