Recruitment Coordinator

I am recruiting for a recruitment coordinator who is looking for a new challenge. This is fixed term contract for 12 months. Distribute applications to line managers and HR team members ensuring that interviews are arranged in good time and feedback is provided effectively and efficiently. Ensure all candidates undertake McQuaig Occupational Tests (MOTs) or the online version – MMAT - and McQuaig online questionnaires at the appropriate time. Meet compliance standards including appropriate right to work checks and destruction of documentation within allocated timeframes. Support Managers and HR Advisers/Business Partners with interviewing candidates Ensure that new starters receive information and complete their onboarding activities Liaise with HR & Benefits Administrator regarding new starters, ensuring that all appropriate paperwork / evidence is handed over in good time for payroll purposes. Make recommendations for improving the department’s processes to increase business effectiveness. Undertake other tasks/activities that reasonably fall within the scope of the Recruitment Coordinator’s abilities.
