A great opportunity for my cleitns, situated in Birmingham Cirty Centre has come about for a Recruitment Cooridnator to assist in all recruitment requirments. The current team are in the processs of recruiting a high voume of positions across all division and management levles, and loking for someone to join the team. Key purpose: *Administer all aspects of the resourcing department including candidate management, sifting/screening arrangements, scheduling interviews and assessment centres, offer and rejection letters, feedback and employee contracts *Track each stage of the process using the Applicant recruitment system, providing and/or updating reporting schedules. Create campaign files both off and online, so that all recruitment documentation is kept and stored appropriately *Ensure the on-boarding of individuals runs smoothly and efficiently by requesting and monitoring required pre-employment checks, contracts, building access and IT log-in details *Provide a positive candidate experience, responding promptly to queries and providing a clear, professional and service-orientated approach My client is looking to recruit asap for this 6 month interim position, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the 360 degree recruitment process, and has managed high volume recruitment campaigns.
