My Client is recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their well established, award winning domiciliary care company. They are offering a Salary of £20000 PLUS quarterly bonuses. The branch provides care to people within their own homes, enabling them to remain as independent as possible. The organisation prides themselves on providing high quality care and demonstrates this by providing no less than 1 hour call outs. The Role; As the Recruitment Coordinator you will; * Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the area to include advertising, career fairs and sponsored events * Be an advocate of the company and find the best possible candidates for each vacancy * Schedule and conduct applicant interviews * Create and maintain employment records * Be responsible for full candidate vetting ensuring the highest standard of compliance * Be involved in the continual development of the team, including staff supervisions and appraisals The Person; To be considered for the Recruitment Coordinator role, you will need; * Experience within internal recruitment within the health and social care sector * Computer literacy skills * A 'can do attitude' and ability to multitask * Clear communication skills For more information please call Claire on (Apply online only), or APPLY NOW!
