Due to this expansion, we have opportunities available for a both Experienced and Trainee/Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our team and become the first members of our brand new Newry office. If you have previous experience working as a Recruiter or a Recruitment Administrator in a target based environment that would be highly advantageous but not essential for the Trainees. Training will be provided, career progression and company bonuses and perks for everyone. As a Recruitment Resourcer working as part of a successful recruitment team, your primary role will be to work with one of our senior consultants and resource candidates for our strong client base. This will involve; * Searching for & Identifying quality candidates * Candidate interviews and relationship management * Bringing new candidates to market * Building relationships with new and existing clients * Lead generation * Building a client portfolio to work alongside on a longer term basis You will receive ongoing training from an experienced team, as you progress through the company you will have individually tailored targets and on-going training and support to push your career forward. As a Trainee Recruiter your role will evolve to encompass new business development, account management, further lead generation, head hunting, fee negotiations and closing deals. You will conduct in-depth telephone interviews with candidates, occasional face to face meetings with clients and manage the whole process including taking feedback and job specs from clients.
