Kingston Noble Career Consultancy have an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The successful applicant would take a warm desk recruiting temporary staff into the Social Care sector. This is a permanent post contracted to 40 hours per week. Hours of work will include 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm. The recruitment Consultant role has 2 main elements: Business Development - To research, contact and develop relationships with new clients with the purpose of becoming one of if not the primary supplier of staff. Account Management - Kingston Noble have a number of contracts with Neutral Vendors. The Recruitment Consultant's role will include managing some of these accounts and so maximising the potential supply of temporary staff. All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months recent experience working in a recruitment role. A good understanding of the Social care sector is also essential.for this role.
