Kingston Noble Career Consultancy have an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The successful applicant would take a warm desk recruiting permanenet staff into the Social Care sector. This is a permanent post contracted to 40 hours per week. Hours of work will include 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm. The recruitment Consultant role has 2 main elements: Business Development - To research, contact and develop relationships with new clients with the purpose of becoming one of if not the primary supplier of permanent placements Account Management - Kingston Noble have a number of existing clients with a range permanent vacancies inncluding Nurses, Managers and other senior posts. The Recruitment Consultant's role will include managing some of these accounts and so maximising the potential supply of permanent placements. All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months recent experience working in a recruitment role. A good understanding of the Social care sector is also essential for this role.
