We supply staff to all sectors of the construction process from the building of the property to the final maintenance, for both contract assignments and permanent opportunities. Our Whiteley branch is now recruiting for a senior / recruitment consultant to support the year on year growth we have been experiencing for the past 5 years. Are you stuck in an industry that is stagnant? Construction continues to be at the forefront of growth for the UK, as the output continues at leading levels. Due to this, there is a demand across construction for experienced construction management staff. We are now looking for recruiters with a good base knowledge of permanent recruitment that are looking for a change of industry, that will be able to take the perm knowledge they have gained to take advantage of what is still an extremely lucrative industry. We genuinely believe we are different to other recruiters, and can offer experienced consultants the opportunity to earn some serious amounts of money. We believe our sales staff should be spending their time carrying out sales and we endeavour to remove the red tape & constraints you may encounter elsewhere, to enable you to spend your time speaking to and meeting your clients. We are a ‘grown up’ agency that manages on results rather than KPI’s, and we believe in giving recruiters the autonomy they need to develop their business as they see fit, with the management support and training to upskill themselves to a suitable level to enable them to bill well and consistently.
