We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to be based in our London office. To be successful within this role we are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in Construction and Rail Recruitment, whether it be Blue or White collar and temp or perm, motivated to progress in recruitment and go the extra mile for your clients then apply and look forward to a conversation with ourselves to move your career into a successful direction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the desire to progress career in Recruitment; there is a massive possibility for career progression especially for a candidate who is keen and eager to grow within the industry. The role of Recruitment Consultant is a whole recruitment life cycle position from Day One, meaning that you will deal with the whole placement process from beginning to end. Your daily activities include: • Generating business by calling prospective clients and enquiring about current vacancies • Sourcing candidates using various methods such as social media mainly LinkedIn, advertisement and CV Databases • Screening candidates to ensure they are suitable for the role by looking at their experience and qualifications • Being the mediator between the client and the candidate at interview stage, gathering feedback from both parties What are the benefits working with us?
