The Role: - A Business Development Executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, ultimately looking to establish a portfolio of key accounts within one of our niche markets through effectively selling. - Ultimately you will be looking to `feed vacancies` to a team of consultants and resourcers who will source candidates, in a close knit team environments. - You will be trained and supported in all aspects of the role - including canvassing clients, taking down job specifications, closing for commitment to growing and managing key accounts through to learning how to find, identify and interview candidates and manage the interview/offer process. The Ideal Person: - Intelligent. Degree educated or of degree calibre. No formal education is required but can you convince us of your commercial intelligence? - Curiosity.
