Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham, West Midlands £16500-£20000 + OTE (£25000-£30000 1st year) + Benefits Having been in the industry for over 20 years, the directors of Penguin Recruitment are able to offer a vast amount of experience to any energetic, enthusiastic, hard working sales person looking to break into the recruitment industry. Specialising in the Engineering, Environmental and IT Sales market, the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will specialise in a sub sector of one of these areas and our objective is to make you an aspect in this field.
