Summary of main purpose of role: To deliver professional support and guidance to learners enrolled on our cohorts. To work closely with learners’ staff and external agencies to provide employment opportunities to our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Provide information Advice and Guidance to clients to support them make decisions concerning their future. * To provide a consistent first-class service to all clients * To liaise with appropriate internal staff and third-party companies, establishing and maintaining contact with employers to maximize employment and provision opportunities for participants, ensuring requirements are agreed and facilitated accordingly * To support clients by providing a range of interventions including employability, confidence and motivation * To assist and encourage participants with employability skills including CV writing, competency-based interview skills and job searching. * To ensure that opportunities for sustained employment for clients are maximised * To closely monitor and record the progress of all clients who are supported. * To keep all relevant records and information pertaining to area of responsibility and report information, where necessary to your line manager, whilst working within the agreed administration procedures. * To take active participation in service reviews and evaluations * Work with other Support staff regarding retention and achievement of learners. * To attend all relevant meetings both internally and externally. * Ensure that your line manager is fully informed of any issues, which may affect the quality of service provision. Standard Responsibilities for all positions in Netcom Training Ltd: * Provide flexible approach to hours/days worked in line with the needs of the business this could include occasional evening or weekends * All employees have a responsibility to undertake training and development as required.
