Job Description

Frontline Recruitment Derby are expanding. We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Sales person to join our temporary industrial desk based in Derby Town Centre. Joining a well established team, you will undertake a full training program to understand the Frontline way, compliance and on going training and development to maximise your success. Ideally you will have knowledge of the recruitment process, although not essential. Most imporantly you will be a proven sales person, able to transfer your success and drive within the Indusrial Recruitment Sector. Joining a warm desk, the main duties of your role will include:- * Focus on new business sales, maximize temporary bookings and margins by developing business over the telephone and through face to face visits, then negotiating the most beneficial pay and charge rates. * Offer a supreme service to clients by selecting and matching a temp workforce in line with the clients’ requirements. This could mean up to 120 bookings per day. * Liaise with clients’ daily and weekly to monitor the performance of the temporary staff and to ensure consistent satisfaction thus generating a good rapport. * Control administration of temps, in particular the update of both temp & client records, job details and temp references, whilst complying with Frontline and legal standards. * Recruit and sustain a temp workforce by effective interview techniques to ensure only quality applicants. . * Advertise for a workforce in such a manner that will generate the most efficient response through all available media whilst complying to Frontline and legal requirements. * Achieve targets and objectives whilst adhering to all agreed development plans. * Comply with Frontline policies and legal requirements. * Always look to improve the quality of service to clients. * There may be a need to be on call outside normal working hours to meet client emergency requirements. * Ensure that complaints are reported to the next management level before an action plan is formulated. * Comply with the Company policy for using the call out phone.
