Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for graduates seeking to join a role with amazing training and incredible career development opportunities. Currently we have a lean team of recruiters, ambitious growth plans and are looking for self-driven graduates to join them. In this role you will be responsible for successfully filling live roles and eventually bringing new jobs and clients through business development. This role offers variety throughout the day, as you will need to manage multiple processes simultaneously. The role will also require you to work autonomously and so this role be ideal for high achievers that are keen to work in a meritocratic environment. To be considered for the role you must have: * Experience of working in a customer service type role * Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail * Experience in dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face * Excellent IT skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Self-confidence and commercial awareness along with a 2:1 or above in any discipline * A competitive edge, be it shown through a sporting background or otherwise * Sales experience would be of great advantage but absolutely not essential Please note that due to the high volume of applications, we will only contact those that are successful.
