An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly competent and proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a thriving business and play a key role in their ongoing success. As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will respond to clients planned and urgent staffing requirements by co-ordinating and matching healthcare workers to fulfil their needs. As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will build relationships with your clients and available staff, developing trust and loyalty to ensure that you can respond quickly and appropriately to meet their needs. You may have experience from the healthcare sector or perhaps a recruitment background, but you will be confident working in a fast -paced environment with constantly changing priorities. Duties will include: *Acting as the first point of contact for clients, taking and recording accurate booking information. *Fulfilling staffing requirements/shifts quickly and efficiently. *Developing and maintaining a pool of available candidates and keeping up to date records of their availability to work. *Keeping a record of all candidate and client related activity and ensuring all candidate records are kept up to date and compliant. *Making outbound business development calls to existing and prospective clients promoting the company’s recruitment services. Skills and Experience required: *You will be a dynamic multi-tasker with strong organisational skills and the ability to react decisively and calmly to changing priorities. *You will be able to build rapport with clients, building and developing relationships over the phone. *You will be service orientated and enjoy working to individual and shared targets, providing the highest levels of customer service. *Ideally you will have previous business development experience and be confident making outbound calls to current and prospective clients. If you have a positive, focused attitude then this could be the role for you. You may have a recruitment or sales background or have previously worked in the healthcare sector and be keen to develop your skills into a recruitment related role. You will naturally thrive in a busy and varied role and in return enjoy the opportunity to play a key part in the continued success of the business. Our client has an immediate requirement for a temporary Recruitment Co-ordinator but is also recruiting permanently for this role and will consider recruiting a suitable candidate on a temporary to permanent basis.
