Recruitment Advisor Do you have experience working in a demanding assistant role looking to further your career in Recruitment? From handling the advertisement of roles and shortlisting candidates, to liaising regularly with hiring managers, this Recruitment Advisor role is perfect for a self-motivated and vibrant individual who is ready to take the next step. The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with senior stakeholders in the HR team to identify hiring requirements of the business. * Developing new resourcing methods with a strategic focus in order to streamline recruitment processes effectively. * Utilising a variety of online tools to source candidates successfully. * Regularly liaise with agencies on the ‘preferred suppliers list’ in order to find the best candidates. * Implement screening requirements and practices. * Ability to manage and push back on hiring managers. * Responsible for conducting interviews. Essential experience/ skills: * Educated to degree level * 18 months minimum experience within a recruitment role. * Professional services background. * Working in a high-pressured assistant role. * Strong attention to detail.
