Job Description

Through our continued growth and development in our people, we’re looking to add an additional recruitment assistant to our team support our retail recruitment based from our amazing Head Office in Barton upon Humber. We are looking for passionate people that are inquisitive to find out candidate’s experience and to use that to evaluate their telephone interviews. You’ll be using some of the state of the art technology to review, assess and record your findings as well as monitoring performance throughout the month. Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities will include: Reviewing CVs and screening evaluation Contacting applicants to arrange telephone interviews Following an in-depth process asking relevant and probing questions Ideal Experience will Include: 1 Year recruitment, retail, sales or administrative experience Strong communication skills (face-to-face, phone and email) The ability to multi-task without losing composure Friendly, approachable and self-motivated Flexible availability Fairly quick start As well as the flexibility, you’ll also be working with a great team of recruitment managers and will have a key role to play in the ongoing success of the people team.
