LAW Absolute is currently working with an international law firm actively seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and welcoming team, gaining exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle. The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the Recruitment Manager, providing support for the end to end recruitment process, from initial CV screening to onboarding and induction. The responsibilities of the role will include: • Assisting with the firm’s direct recruitment, approaching candidates and actively headhunting • Screening CV submissions and shortlisting candidates • Diary management, including scheduling interviews • Managing the candidate process, acting as the first point of contact for any queries • Liaising with the firm’s preferred agencies, maintaining strong working relationships • Receiving and delivering interview feedback • Working closely with hiring managers in order to understand and relay requirements accordingly • Ad hoc administration, including offer letters, contracts and interview confirmation The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be able to hit the ground running from the outset. Previous administrative experience and an understanding of the recruitment process would be advantageous.
