We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to support the Recruitment Manager support the national recruitment strategy for the company. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individuals who have a passion for recruitment / resourcing If you thrive in a challenging environment and love the challenges of a fast pace environment bring then this could be the job for you. This is a remote base role with some national travel. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Pre-screening and processing applicants * Assist with the production of job descriptions * Arrange interviews and assessment centres, liaising with all * parties (candidate, internal stakeholders, and interviewers) * Booking interview meeting rooms * Ensure all interviewers receive collated candidate application * Answering queries from, candidates and internal stakeholders * Arranging and attending events as appropriate, including collating interview packs information packs, and updating PowerPoint slides * Assist the team with recruitment advertising * Accurately updating job boards * system and managing candidates through the recruitment * process * supporting with the production of offer paperwork * Supporting with background screening process for all candidates * Managing the pre-employment checking process * Acknowledging applications including speculative enquiries * Administering and maintaining the candidate pipeline * Arrange and conduct new joiner meetings * Updating social media content (including Twitter) and posting roles to job boards. Using LinkedIn and other * networking sites. * Collaborating with other departments to work on projects and presentations to support the wider business. * Supporting with new staff induction Reporting/data management * Ensure the recruitment tracking system is kept up to date at all times. * Pull reports from the recruitment system and distribute them to the team on a regular basis Policies and Procedures * To develop a good understanding of HR processes and procedures * Keep up to date with employment law and policy/procedures As part of our excellent employment package you will receive a laptop and phone.
