I have a superb opportunity with a very valued client of mine based in Dundee who is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. They are going through a busy period of recruitment and need an extra pair of hands to help lighten the load! If you have previous administration experience within a recruitment/resourcing environment, then I would love to speak with you! You will help support the Resourcing Manager with basic screening of applications, assisting with telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews and sending out medical assessments and passing all information on to the operations team You need to be a friendly and confident individual who is capable of communicating with people at all levels and from all walks of life. The role is busy so you will need to be able to work quickly but accurately. You must be people focussed as this role will involve a lot of talking! You will have first class administration skills and a good level of knowledge when it comes to using Microsoft office applications.
