Recruitment Administrator, Ulverston £17K - £19K per annum Full-time, Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator living close to the Ulverston area of Cumbria. You could be joining a bespoke Recruitment Solutions company specialising in the Health & Social Care Sector. We provide online Advertising Packages for the Care Sector enabling them to attract staff. As part of this service we also provide a filter of the applications taking out the applications that do not meet their criteria. This is just one part of our business as we also specialise in Traditional Recruitment. As our Administrator you will part of a dedicated team who all love what they do and there is a fantastic vibe in the office. What would this job involve? * Writing Adverts – being creative and knowing the customer and what they are looking for; * Taking information and recording what the candidate criteria should be; * Receiving applications, reading them and deciding whether candidates meet their criteria prior to sending; * Launching the job vacancy on all the major online job boards with accuracy and an eye for detail; * Speaking to clients on a regular basis to check they are happy with the service; * Recording the advert results and monitoring the job board performance; * Speaking to candidates calling for more information about the vacancies; * Using our in-house database as well as Excel, Word and Outlook. What experience is required? * Ideally you will have knowledge of the Social Care Sector, Recruitment, Advertising or Customer Service background or a strong Administration background; * Must have an excellent telephone manner and confidence in speaking on the phone; * An eye for detail and accuracy are essential; * Excellent customer service and organisational skills; * Computer literate particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook Above all, you must a have vibrant, positive personality.
