The Role: Cera is looking for an experienced individual to join the team in order to carry out Care Worker Recruitment: Hacking our Supply and Meeting the Demand! You will have experience in recruitment and/or healthcare, knowledge of automating processes and be able to introduce strategies to help scale our supply. We are a dedicated and enthusiastic team that is growing rapidly and we need to add to our recruitment team to make sure we scale our supply with qualified, experienced and high-calibre Care Professionals, ensuring we meet demands and deliver fantastic care across London. Job Requirements: - Advertise roles required and manage applications - Search CV databases for new Care Workers - Conduct initial Phone Screenings with all potential new Care Workers - Conduct F2F interviews following successful Phone Screenings and process all applicants - Carry out all mandatory security checks (DBS, references, ID) - Assist applicants with obtaining relevant insurance - Set up new applicants on CRM - Organise and arrange inductions for new applicants - Organise and arrange shadow shifts - Work with the Registered Manager to organise training - Work on strategies to improve the recruitment process Experience: - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Recruitment position - Ideally experienced in sourcing and on boarding Care Workers - Knowledge of necessary qualifications and compliance legislations required for the Care sector - Familiar with CQC and Compliance - Energetic, driven and motivated - Strategic thinker and the ability to automate processes - Passion for technology and healthcare - Fantastic communication skills in person, on the phone and via email Job Benefits: - Work in a great location in central London - Work alongside a dedicated and hard working team - Competitive salary - Huge potential for growth within the company - Dress-down environment - Sharp, motivated co-workers in a fun office environment, with unlimited fruit, coffee, tea and more! - Fantastic team culture and socials! - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing start-up with an innovative vision
