We are an established and ethically driven care Company, who due to expansion are looking for an HR Administrator/Recruiter to join us. Seeking a confident and moral recruiter to join our team and support us to holistically expand our network of carers.. You will work in unison with the management team to support recruitment drives, promote the values of Company and see through the recruitment/HR process to the highest standard. The ideal person: • Must have previous experience working in a recruitment capacity, ideally within the care industry and also be able to present marketing experiences which will enable the enticement of new employees • Must have knowledge of DBS applications • Be able to have a 'think outside the box, researching new and unique avenues to attract suitable candidates • Initiate and create recruitment plans, incorporating budgets and activities including advertising and events • Be competent in managing relationships with external agencies, successfully negotiating costs and deadlines resulting in effective solutions for all advertising, printing and other recruitment materials • Will be responsible for driving and promoting the organisation • Must be confident and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must possess articulate interviewing skills • Be tactful and articulate • Must be analytical and methodical in their approach • must be an excellent judge of character • Be motivated and results driven • Be able to act quickly and decisively • Have good IT skills • Have a good eye for detail • Have excellent organisational skills
