Project Manager – Recruitment Software | Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – To £55,000 plus bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity that will see the Project Manager take ownership of the delivery of multiple HR software projects for a number of high profile clients. The Project Manager will report directly into the Head of Professional Services and is a key hire in respect of the development of the project management practice as the company grows. The company needs a Project Manager who is able to take responsibility for their own day to day activities and lead their assigned team (configuration and technical consultants) for the timely delivery of projects, identifying and implementing solutions for any issues arising along the way. They need someone collaborative and focused who has the bigger pictures of client success, the success of the business and personal success as their drivers. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute Project Manager, ideally PRINCE 2 or equivalent certified and will demonstrate an enviable and proven track record of managing / delivering multiple HR Software, Recruitment Software, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Talent Management Software projects - delivering to time, cost, quality and most importantly the business case. A customer focused, and results driven individual you will possess exceptionally strong leadership skills, superior communication and interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder management skills and you will thrive when working within a fast moving and often ambiguous environment, delivering to immovable project deadlines.
