Project Manager (recruitment software) Location: London Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join a busy Client Service & Support team within a recruitment software company in London. The office environment is international, energetic and fun, and it’s likely that your new colleagues will be your new best friends! The purpose of the role is to lead and successfully deliver large and complex implementation projects for clients, whilst ensuring that any development of products and services meet customer requirements. All the time ensuring a great customer experience throughout. As someone who loves project management you: Can demonstrate strong PM & leadership skills (you probably have 1 – 3 years PM experience and love what you do!) Enjoy liaising with people and have excellent communication skills Value your colleagues and work efficiently within a team or on your own Are ace at prioritising a varied work load What else are we looking for: Previous experience of running projects and using PM specific tools Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile etc) Knowledge of the recruitment industry or previous experience of working with job boards, recruitment agencies, in house recruitment Excellent English plus fluency in any other language is a bonus (German, French, Dutch or Swedish) Specific tasks include: Assist with presales activities including attending pre-sales client meetings, scoping calls and the development of formal sales proposals or presentations for prospects Create a project plan for each project that includes information on workflows, set up, training and roll out Accurately manage the project plans ensuring that all timelines and project tasks are updated on a regular basis Manage all timelines and tasks on the project plans with internal staff, senior management, suppliers and the end client to ensure all milestones are achieved Create custom support documentation using appropriate media, as required, for the client and also internally Create an effective customer handover document to facilitate internal client support when the account is handed over and ensure its stored on relevant in house systems Provide regular reports on all projects being managed, highlighting any areas of risk and providing potential solutions Continued liaison and collaboration with Senior Project Manager on shared projects
