Permanent Recruitment Consultant JT Recruit is an established employment business specialising in temporary & permanent recruitment solutions in Mansfield and we work within the following sectors: Driving, Industrial, Office Services and Technical. A vacancy has arisen for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Mansfield Office so if you are looking for a varied, demanding and diverse role then we would love to hear from you. Typical duties include: * Business Development - through marketing techniques, * Sales calls and networking to gain new business * Build relationships with clients to gain a thorough understanding of recruitment needs * Attract candidates by drafting and placing adverts * Review applications and handle advert response * Interview candidates and complete background checks * Organise interviews for candidates with clients and handle necessary paperwork Match candidates to client job vacancies Skills Required: * Excellent level of customer service * Good administration skills * An enthusiasm for business development * Excellent communication skills * A background within the recruitment industry or sales is a desirable but self-motivation and the desire to succeed are more important.
