Gi Group are looking for an energetic On-Site Account Coordinator to join their busy team in Burton-On-Trent. Are you an Onsite Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader or Shift Supervisor? Then this may be the ideal vacancy for you! We are recruiting for a Day Shift Coordinator to cover both Saturday & Sunday until January 5am until 5pm. You will be given full training. As the On-Site Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organising the supervisors. You will want to deliver best in class recruitment service from the get go, to both our client and our candidates. To achieve this you will be responsible for: • Daily requirements, forecasting and fulfillment • Planning of labour requirements daily • Building strong relationships internally and externally with clients and candidates, developing across other departments • Meeting deadlines whilst being flexible in your approach to working hours and time management • Producing accurate reports • Demonstrating key behaviours that align to Gi Group values at all times • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by line management and our client. There will be daily meetings with the client, and you must be able to show the confidence to deal with discrepancies on orders placed and received. You will have a keen eye for detail and seeing that a job is completed to the end will be very important to them. You will take pride in your work and also need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to deal with large groups of people face to face at one time.
