Learner Engagement/Recruitment Consultant/Employer Engagement   We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Employee Engagement Officer to join one an “outstanding” rated Training Provider. Based in Central Reading, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and matching up new learners to Traineeship and Apprenticeship Programmes. As an experience Recruiter you will also be responsible for generating candidate referrals and matching them to suitable vacancies. This will be through effective job matching, Partnership engagement, networking and employer engagement. Learners will be aged 16-23 and you will be working very closely with Job Centre Plus, Schools Colleges and third party referral agents. This role is targeted and your performance will be measured against securing learners onto traineeship or Apprenticeship Programmes courses every month. Being involved in Learner Engagement you will also support the candidate with Information, Advice and Guidance, Employability Training and preparing CV’s. In return you can expect a basic salary of up to   £23000, 23 days+ bank holidays, pension scheme and additional benefits.   - Skills and Experience required for the Employer Engagement Officer/Recruiter Previous experience within a related role- Learner Engagement, Employee Engagement or Recruitment - Experience of working to Targets - Experience of working with Young People and providing Information, Advice and Guidance to learners - Networking, Lead Generation and building relationships with referral Agents. - Excellent organisational skills and time management. - A Sales/Recruitment background would be highly regarded - Good all round Administration Skills The position of the Employer Engagement Officer will involve working very closely with referral partners and building relationships. This is an autonomous role and you will be involved in the end to end process, including creating vacancies, interviewing and matching learners to vacancies. Successful candidates have come from Recruitment and Work Based Learning backgrounds, which have experience of working with Young People and completing the sign up process, however we will consider anybody with related experience working within a Targeted Face to face environment.   Positions are available immediately.
