Job Description

We are looking to recruit a junior consultant to join our busy but happy team. Based in Kennington we are a recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staff. Duties: * Assist in building a candidate talent pool for both temporary and permanent staff * Speaking with candidates to go through their requirements and expectations * Arrange office registrations * Meet & greet candidates and register them for both temporary and permanent positions * Ensure all ID and declarations forms are gained then filed correctly * Update and maintain internal CRM system * Source candidates through various system searches * Fill bookings * Build Client relationships * Assist with running payroll each week * Ensuring candidate timesheets are received * Ad hoc duties as required Person specification * Ideally you will have 6 – 12 months’ experience * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * You will be organised and have a good eye for detail * Good IT skills including Excel * Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 * Holidays 24 + Bank Holidays * Pension scheme
