Role: In-House Recruitment Executive Location: Southend-on-Sea Contract Type: Permanent Salary & Benefits: £32,000 An exciting position has become available in one of the fastest growing Print organisations. Having recently become a part of a European organisation, this has resulted in a total of over 900 staff members all together. With over 90 different products on offer, the company is growing year-on-year, having currently won seven prestigious awards, including 'Business of the Year' and 'Business to Business of the year'. The In-House Recruitment Executive will have extensive experience in recruiting for both senior and executive level roles and who has the ability to implement new ideas, structure and overall professionalism. In-House recruitment Executive responsibilities: * Maintaining an accurate database of vacancies and candidates to enable accurate reporting and monitoring * Directly sourcing candidates * Attract, identify, head-hunt and integrate the best potential talents in adherence with the company's values and ethics. * Working closely with the business, anticipating the professional needs of the organisation and define profiles in consultation with managers. * Marketing vacancies through social media sites, job boards and the company website * Liaise with high end recruitment agencies * Conducting interviews and carrying out relevant screening tests as and when required * Salary negotiation * 'Trial Day' preparation and conduct * Develop a high-quality candidate experience and take care of follow-ups alongside managers, adapting recruitment processes to ensure effectiveness: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly of progress * Building relationships with other members of staff and liaising with all departments, ensuring that candidates meet their requirements * Prepare all paperwork for any new staff members, ensuring all compliance documents have been received and scanned onto the internal system, along with putting together contracts, making sure all relevant information is correct, re: salary, start date, job title and working hours * Ability to both suggest and implement new ideas to achieve a strong, professional and successful recruitment process in-house In-House Recruitment Executive attributes: * Strong experience within a recruitment background, ideally In-House * Knowledge of the Print industry would be beneficial, although not essential * Extensive experience in recruiting for both senior and executive roles * Excellent team work skills * A confident and driven nature * Relationship management skills * Computer literate * Resourceful * Ability to respond to situations autonomously * Accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent organisational skills * Ability to liaise we staff of all levels * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Presentable and professional If you are interested in the In-House Recruitment Executive position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and salary expectation.
