Internal Recruitment Coordinator Up to £28,000 + bonus Reading Our Client, a rapidly expanding organisation, is looking for an outgoing and approachable Recruitment Coordinator to join their Head Office HR team. With branches nationwide, the company have grown significantly and are looking to grow further in size over the next few years. It really is a great time to join the organisation. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely coordination of the recruitment and selection process function for the company for roles up to Manager level. Key Responsibilities: • Successfully applying company policies and procedures in dealing with the recruitment and selection process of all open vacancies within the scope of responsibility • Ensuring the establishment of successful and effective relationships with all stakeholders • Ensuring that all live roles are advertised internally (where required) and externally and that candidates are shortlisted and screened prior to presentation to the hiring manager and successfully managed throughout the selection process to include interview arrangements • Working closely with candidates to ensure they have a full understanding of the role they have applied for and the expectations within that role • Keeping a log of all screened candidates sent to hiring managers for consideration and updating them as the selection process develops • Providing weekly reports on vacancies to include, number of live vacancies, vacancy rates by area, region and department, time to fill and cost to fill • Working closely with the hiring managers to ensure they are fully briefed on their responsibilities within the recruitment and selection process, ensuring all new hiring managers have received full process training • Ensuring administration tasks are completed within the set timeframes with minimal errors, inputting data accurately into online trackers and ensuring that all offer documentation is received and checked prior to submission for approval to the Recruitment and HR Administration Manager • Working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR/Payroll Administrators to ensure all new hires have been processed within given timeframes to ensure the onboarding and payroll processes completed to deadlines Skills & Experience Required: • A proven track record in delivering an effective recruitment and selection service, either working as an Agency Recruiter, Internal Recruiter, or within HR • Strong administration experience • Strong client focus • Outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Resilience and ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment • Approachable and diplomatic • Strong numeracy and literacy skills • Excellent IT skills • Hold a valid UK Driver’s License This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company working at the forefront of their industry, on a full-time, permanent basis.
