Internal Recruitment Consultant – Must be Fluent in Romanian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian or Russian My client is one of the largest dry lining and suspended ceiling contractors in the UK, working on major projects, they have an excellent name within the construction market. My client has just won the best specialist contractor to work for, with a turnover of £25M +. My client is now seeking an Internal Recruitment Manager to support the Construction Director in providing a comprehensive, effective and consistent labour resourcing service. Recruitment Consultants will take responsibility for and the delivery of my client recruitment strategy (national and international) for the sustainable resourcing of operatives and labour across projects. You will work with numerous business units, including site operations, work winning and HR to resource the labour needed to deliver our business objectives. Responsibilities: •To work with the Construction Director in managing the resourcing of site operatives and liaising with the on-site teams to assess need and inform them of new joiners •Delivering a sustainable Labour Resourcing Strategy including suggesting creative and commercially viable solutions to recruitment and resourcing challenges. Ensuring all objectives and deadlines are achieved and relevant stakeholders are kept fully informed. •Supporting the Construction Director in recording and planning the on-site labour resource, in terms of recruitment, internal transfers and leavers •Co-ordinating with the commercial department on relevant rates, payments and allowances •Sourcing both PAYE and CIS operatives for sites in the UK, and internationally. Including identifying their competencies, liaising with site and explaining the opportunities to the operatives. The Recruitment Consultant: •Experience within the Drylining Industry and ability to demonstrate technical knowledge •Bi-lingual in at least one of the following; Bulgarian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Russian – to support in the delivery of an international resourcing strategy •Previous experience of co-ordinating a volume of recruitment/labour, either in an internal resourcing position, a site position or as a recruitment consultant at an agency. •Advanced communication and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) at all levels and to build and maintain good working relationships. •Numerate with excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Excellent organisation and resource management skills (time, data, people etc) •Focussed on meeting deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload. •Commercially aware and customer focussed. •Willing to travel at short notice to sites, and willing to take calls out of hours to organise operatives who may not be contactable in usual working hours •Willing to undertake international travel where needed •Enjoys working with people from different professional and trade backgrounds Internal Recruitment Consultant – Must be Fluent in Romanian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian or Russian
